Yet again leaf litter has not been cleared and has now blocked the drains along this section of Carisbrooke Road. Rain water now flows over the blocked drains leading to problems further down hill. I don’t understand why the hell some electrical engineer was out today to look at the light when it was working perfectly fine. He came along today and messed around with the light which we have had not working for the last 5 months.
