This stretch of Fosse Road South is regularly used by HGV vehicles parking overnight on the pavement. This causes both safety issues for vehicles attempting to pull into Fosse Road from both Winton Avenue and Harlaxton Street. The drivers regularly start their engines around 5.40am and allow them to idle for 15 minutes before pulling away. There is also damage to the pavement.-Playing Field
