Woodgate Residents Association is reporting this on behalf of a resident of Rugby Street.<br/>Nos 6 and 8 Rugby Street are consistently leaving out their FULL wheelie bins all week. They are often full of dirty nappies which fall on the ground and are left there. The smell is awful and is a health hazard. Please can this be dealt with.<br/>Also on the other side of the street there is always rubbish fly tipped outside the homes along with wheelie bins. As a condition of planning, these properties had to have bin storage. Can these also be dealt with? Thankyou.
