Bin wars on Kimberley road!! Number 155 raising the stakes by putting 2 bins on the road in competition to Number 170 putting one. When will this madness end? Surely the council can issue fines for this illegal behaviour and save themselves from bankruptcy. Daily fines for these 2 household would generate serious revenue in just 1 week.
