Neighbour parking across footpath blocking access to pedestrians and limiting visibility and exit and entry into our drive. Has been spoken with before but behaviour remains. This car is once again parking on a public footpath blocking 🚫 access for my disabled 94year old mother to pass in her wheelchair from her abode directly opposite where this car is parked. Leicester City Council, I am writing to report an abandoned blue bin that has been left at the corner of Central Road and Balfour Street (near my address at 8 Central Road, LE3 5EA). The bin has been there for over 4 weeks. Since it was left there, it has attracted further dumping and is causing inconvenience to me and my neighbours.
