This car is once again parking on a public footpath blocking đźš« access for my disabled 94year old mother to pass in her wheelchair from her abode directly opposite where this car is parked. This car is parking like this every day and every evening. Despite raising this as a red flag report to you recently and it being approved; ABSOLUTELY NO ACTION has been taken! Need serious action as again wheelchair and pushchair users are risky there life’s and using main road to walk on - need serious action now to sort this - I have also asked Leicester mercury to do an article and also say council are reviewing long term but are happy for life’s to be risked short term Sorry no offence has been committed - so parking cars on pavements is fine? A car is regularly parked too close to the roundabout at Halifax Drive creating a dangerous blind spot for both drivers and pedestrians. This forces buses, lorries, and other vehicles to make wide, awkward turns, increasing the risk of accidents. The obstruction significantly reduces visibility, especially for pedestrians trying to cross safely near the roundabout and the bus stop. A Commercial waste bin is not only in a place where it should not be, and blocking the pavement, it has not been emptied for a long time and is overflowing with stinking garbage which is spewing out over the street, attracting vermin, and polluting the “Conservation Area“ of Victoria Avenue! There are more commercial waste bins in a similar disgusting state at the other end of Victoria Avenue and on London Road. It is disgraceful that this “Conservation Area” and its residents are shown such neglect and disrespect, especially considering the Council Tax charges!-1A, Victoria Avenue, Leicester, LE2 0QX

This car was only there for a few minutes, but it still caused congestion—buses and other vehicles had to stop and wait for oncoming traffic to pass before they could go around it.
