Bin put out into the road again, 3rd time this has happened and Its dangerous, it's blocking disabled access and a much needed wheelchair access, he is reserving a parking space with his bin even tho he owns no car, can somebody please sort this as its now the 3rd time I've reported it to lcc, this is causing a hazard and even worse at night as the road is a rat run.. his actions are going to cause an accident, he has a dropped kerb there's no need for the bin 🤷‍♀️-29 Averil Road, Leicester, LE5 2DD
