Bin put out into the road again, 3rd time this has happened and Its dangerous, it's blocking disabled access and a much needed wheelchair access, he is reserving a parking space with his bin even tho he owns no car, can somebody please sort this as its now the 3rd time I've reported it to lcc, this is causing a hazard and even worse at night as the road is a rat run.. his actions are going to cause an accident, he has a dropped kerb there's no need for the bin 🤷‍♀️-29 Averil Road, Leicester, LE5 2DD

We walk to school every day and from our house (end of Cheltenham Road, turn right onto Burnham Drive, right onto Somerset Avenue, left down Milverton Avenue and then right onto Avebury Avenue to the school) there is not one public bin between home and the school-69 Avebury Avenue, Leicester, LE4 0HD
