The attached photo is self-explanatory. The wooden retaining wall has failed due to severe rot and is no longer structurally sound. The timber has deteriorated to the point where children can easily snap pieces off by hand. This presents a significant health and safety risk, as the damaged wood could cause injuries. Streetlight in front of 80 lamborne road is out for weeks now. This is very dangerous as it is a junction and multiple accident have previously occurred like a car going into a house or even my own car was smashed into. Most cars come really fast on this toad as it is wide due to being a bus route.
