A fixed street light at this location has been flashing now for several months. The flashing is rapid and continuous during the hours of darkness. Opposite 47–49 Bath Street, near the scouting place, someone has dumped large blue drums, and it looks like something has spilled out of them. It appears to be some kind of chemical, and a vehicle has already driven over it, causing the substance to spread across the road. It looks hazardous.

My parents were both buried under a tree in Monks Rest which cost us quite a lot of money at the time. The littering of this park is out of control. Plastic bottles , bags , crisp packets etc everywhere. The parks and streets where I live are spotless. What's wrong with the people that live in this area? I pick up as much as I can during the week but the council need to act.
