What's wrong with the people that live in this area? I pick up as much as I can during the week but the council need to act. Education? The littering of this park is out of control. Plastic bottles , bags , crisp packets etc everywhere. The parks and streets where I live are spotless. What's wrong with the people that live in this area? I pick up as much as I can during the week but the council need to act. Education? Threaten fines?

A fixed street light at this location has been flashing now for several months. The flashing is rapid and continuous during the hours of darkness. It is level with several houses bedroom windows and is a constant disturbance throughout the night time hours. -144 Carisbrooke Road, Leicester, LE2 3PE

The photos don't show it very well but the park is covered in litter. The sandpit around the baby play area is disgusting, full of cigarette butts and used tissues and other litter. -Humberstone Park

My parents were both buried under a tree in Monks Rest which cost us quite a lot of money at the time.
