Parked on pavement on the corner of Upperton Rd+Browning Street. This particular vehicle has again started to park illegally in the area. It was parked on Saturday daytime until late Sunday. There was a parking ticket issued on Sunday morning. Parking tickets have been issued on this vehicle several times previously. The owner I am assuming is a visitor and might be misusing a blue badge. He is a frequent visitor. Unfortunate he is taking advantage of this and is inconsiderate of our neighbourho-46 Upperton Road, Leicester, LE3 0HB
