there is a load of rubbish on the corner of Winniford Crescent next to number 43 people from down the road and the new house is over the road. Just come and dump beds sofas bags of rubbish. I’ve now found that I’m getting rats and mice in my property this is not on at all. Something needs to be done. This is been going out for years and years. -87 Winforde Crescent, Leicester, LE3 1TB

Pigeons regularly fed .

Grass gone.

Rats seen wandering around .

Council take no action to stop nuisance activities and clean up lawn.

Pigeon feeding is an antisocial and unhygienic practice which encourages them to gather in large numbers.

They also still have the barrier on the pavement, now sometimes even a CHAIR for customers, plus the fire where they're burning business waste is a very regular occurrence. I have reported this already but was unsure if it was sent? There has been a bed and a baby toy dumped on the island on Ellesmere rd. it has been there for a couple of weeks. Also the empty house next door to me, no 40 has a large amount of rubbish in the front garden. Bags have been ripped open and rubbish is blowing around creating a litter problem.
