There are a number of overgrown weeds along the pavement on Kincaple Road and Gleneagles Avenue. The growth has become quite dense in places and is making the area look untidy and poorly maintained.<br/><br/>The weeds are spreading along sections of the pavement and verge, and the issue appears to have worsened over time. While the pavement remains accessible, the overgrowth is becoming increasingly noticeable and is having a negative impact on the appearance of the area.<br/><br/>There is also an issue on the opposite-side footpath on Gleneagles Avenue, where the area does not appear to have been cleaned for a considerable period. Litter has accumulated along the footpath and surrounding areas, further affecting the appearance and cleanliness of the neighbourhood. In addition, there is a large piece of debris that appears to have been left behind following a vehicle collision, which has been lying in the area for some time.<br/><br/>Please could this be inspected and arrangements made for the weeds to be cut back and the area properly maintained. It has been in this condition for some time.
