A woman walks her stuffy dog between 7.45 - 8.00 each morning. This dog is never on a lead. I have found dog poo on my front garden on three occasions in the past month. I saw her this morning whilst going to my car to go work. The dog ran towards me. I told her the dog should be on a lead and was pooing on my drive. Need serious action as again wheelchair and pushchair users are risky there life’s and using main road to walk on - need serious action now to sort this - I have also asked Leicester mercury to do an article and also say council are reviewing long term but are happy for life’s to be risked short term - did report to police and they said it’s a council enforcement issue and need to send regular wardens to issue tickets-80 Barkby Road, Leicester, LE4 9LF
