Public footpath overgrown not passable in wheelchair or mobility scooter and walking is very difficult. I have sent this issue again as it has not been completed I use a mobility scooter and this issue is stopping me and others from using this public footpath. Fibre glass and other dust fibres being cleared from paper tiger without adequate dust prevention causing major nuisance, health risk and loss of business. All of their dust is being channeled chimney style down Cank street & through silver arcade.
