Public footpath overgrown not passable in wheelchair or mobility scooter and walking is very difficult. I have sent this issue again as it has not been completed I use a mobility scooter and this issue is stopping me and others from using this public footpath. All of their dust is being channeled chimney style down Cank street & through silver arcade.
