This an off road parking area shared by 4 properties officially but used by 6 properties. So is not on the road but no property is taking responsibility for the parking area and there is no authority overseeing it. There is already a problem with litter from some residents all around the parking area and over the past year some branches of trees and a roll of bamboo type fencing/screening has been dumped there but today now there are multiple large chopped branches pushed into the sides of the parking area, basically illegally tipped but im not sure where they've been cut from. I am more than willing to upkeep this area even though I only rent the property but I refuse to litterpick for my neighbours and I certainly cant dispose of bulky tipped waste like fence screening and large tree branches. I dont know what to do, when I moved in 18 months ago the area was pristine but its getting ridiculous now. These new branches have effectively blocked in my car from driving out. Theyre encroaching all over the parking area and are have bramble thorns etc also. It needs to be dealt with but I dont know who is responsible for this when its a private rented block. The deeds say each resident is responsible for upkeep of their bay but the bays are not marked and are not adhered to. All this green waste is piling up where my bay is on the deeds but if it falls to me to clean up other people's illegal waste tipping I just dont know if I can accept that. Hope you can either advise a course of action or the council can clear this. Thanks
