I paid for a dropped kerb for myself but cars are parking in the small space near the lamppost next to the dropped kerb, the back/front end of their cars is blocking and causing an obstruction of myself getting my car off the drive. I have asked politely and even left a note on car windscreens telling them they are causing an obstruction, but it has done nothing and people still park in the small space the council have left. I have noticed some dropped kerbs have 4 slabs then the slope, some have 3 1/2 if i had the 4 slabs then the it would not have been a problem. I even put a sign up as you can see from my pic but still they park there and seem to do it even more if visiting my neighbours. I would appreciate any help as this is causing me stress especially when i am unable to see properly to move my car, it is an accident waiting to happen. I just do not want the stress at my age. PLEASE HELP.I am sure you are not allowed to park to near to a dropped kerb but how do you stop it. People seem to park anywhere around this area now including on the green space outside.
