Really unfair on residents outside their homes both neighbours unaware who is responsible. We suspect someone has driven up here to dump waste- someone has dumped a black bin bag that has been rummaged. Has some trainers and there’s motor oil can. Council have time and time again ignored this issue. Must take action. Residents have had to pay out of pocket each time. The community need to come together to combat this disgusting way of living.
