Too many cars illegally parked on double yellow lines near to Fosse Road Junction and also near to Narborough Road junction.
This happens especially during early mornings, 7.00 - 8.00am and in evenings from 6.00pm, also on Sundays, when drivers know parking wardens are not on the beat.
Upperton Road is a major through road for traffic. Double yellow lines parking is making the road even more dangerous to cross for pedestrians and to drive on.
Should a mandatory 20mph speed limit be placed on Upperton Road as well. -68 Upperton Road, Leicester, LE3 0HB

Urine, blood, faeces on the stairs. This is a daily occurrence . We cannot walk out of our house without stepping on human excrement . This is having a detrimental impact on our emotional and mental health. We have been ignored for years by the council. As for the housing officer, if they exist, they have never once in the 15 years we have lived here stepped foot on this estate-75A, Heyford Road, Leicester, LE3 1SS

A van ) is parked on St Barnabas Road, Leicester, opposite Mundar, blocking the dropped kerb to private premises. The obstruction is preventing vehicular access. It is regularly parked across the dropped kerb, obstructing vehicular access to private premises. This occurs on most weekends, and the vehicle is sometimes left in the same position for 2–3 consecutive days, preventing or severely restricting access.I have photographs of the vehicle and its registration number. I would be grateful if the matter could be investigated and appropriate enforcement action taken to prevent this recurring obstruction.-Saint Barnabas Road, Leicester LE5 4BE, UK
