Neighbour parking across footpath blocking access to pedestrians and limiting visibility and exit and entry into our drive. Has been spoken with before but behaviour remains. This car is once again parking on a public footpath blocking 🚫 access for my disabled 94year old mother to pass in her wheelchair from her abode directly opposite where this car is parked. This car is parking like this every day and every evening. Despite raising this as a red flag report to you recently and it being approved; ABSOLUTELY NO ACTION has been taken! Leicester City Council,

I am writing to report an abandoned blue bin that has been left at the corner of Central Road and Balfour Street (near my address at 8 Central Road, LE3 5EA). The bin has been there for over 4 weeks.

Since it was left there, it has attracted further dumping and is causing inconvenience to me and my neighbours. I believe it may have been dumped by someone from another street.

Please could the council arrange for this bin to be removed or investigate its ownership?
