As I drove up Stoughton Dr, towards Wakerley Rd, I saw a deceased black cat on my left on the kerbside (half on the road) outside the last house. This has received significant head trauma and will require a spade to successfully collect. Fly tipping at the bottom of the street. The street is full of leaves and dirt and hasn't been cleaned for months is disgusting. I don't pay my council tax for this. The leaves are all over the street and becomes muddy and the garage at the bottom of the road in front of it and top pf the street is full of fly tipping. Can you please clean the street now? The pavements both sides of London Road from Mayfield roundabout to beyond Knighton Park Road are now slippery with mud and very difficult to pick a way along. Loads of pedestrians walk along London Road, and it's even worse when it's wet because it's more difficult to dodge spray from traffic without being ankle deep in mud.
