I don't know if Rose care home or council have extended the home's private drive over the pavement and cycleway with these new white lines? I wrote to the manager when they opened after near misses on my bike with drivers exiting the car park fast. She said a fence would be erected to make the boundary clear. It didn't help.Now these lines have appeared, in effect creating a side road into their car park with no clear sign about the cycleway & footpath. 2 cars swung in as I was photographing. -Cycleway Alderton Closeto City Boundary, Leicester

there is a load of rubbish on the corner of Winniford Crescent next to number 43 people from down the road and the new house is over the road. Just come and dump beds sofas bags of rubbish. Pigeons regularly fed .

Grass gone.

Rats seen wandering around .

Council take no action to stop nuisance activities and clean up lawn.

Pigeon feeding is an antisocial and unhygienic practice which encourages them to gather in large numbers.

They also still have the barrier on the pavement, now sometimes even a CHAIR for customers, plus the fire where they're burning business waste is a very regular occurrence. I have reported this already but was unsure if it was sent? There has been a bed and a baby toy dumped on the island on Ellesmere rd. it has been there for a couple of weeks. Also the empty house next door to me, no 40 has a large amount of rubbish in the front garden. Bags have been ripped open and rubbish is blowing around creating a litter problem.
