The height barrier on the drive to Winstanley House on Braunstone Park from Hinckley Rd has been tampered with and therefore can not be secured to prevent illegal access to high sided vehicles.<br/><br/>It appears that the locking rasp has been has been removed with more than likely a disc cutter!<br/><br/>The rasp that should be secured to the catch post is inside the lock shroud on the moveable arm preventing the moveable barrier being locked in place.<br/><br/>I have previously reported a fly tipping incident on the driveway and l was advised a condition of driveway access to Winstanley House the the driveway would remain open for the main daytime hours, with the House securing later in the evening at the Hinckley Road entrance.<br/><br/>On inspection of the telescopic security post covers they appear not to have been opened/lifted on a regular basis if at all, and as such Winstanley House could be breach of the condition that access to the drive would be restricted outside business hours! if that is the case then infestigations should be pursued.
