Bird feeders walking the park in the morning carrying huge bags of bread already broken into pieces to throw for the birds. we have a lot of people doing while I walk my dogs in the morning. 2 guys are doing the worst, a pair of them.. 1 has a metal walking stick and his pal wears a turban. I hope my description or these bird feeders will assist you. I have concerns that the butchers at the top of Francis st. are permanently blocking the pavement with 3 commercial bins, a black one with an orange lid, a blue one and a green one with a blue lid.
They are not only blocking the pavement but I suspect have some unpleasant by products from the shop waste - one week there was a pungent black liquid leaking that has permanently stained the tarmac.
I would expect that these 3 commercial bins should be kept on their property and only put out on collection days, but I understand that they have made an enclosure where the bins should be stored and this area is now used for something like smoking meat, even though it is only semi-enclosed.
