I reported these lights nearly 2 weeks ago, the lights on glovers walk are out too between Butterwick Drive and Krefeld Way. Tonight I tripped as I couldn’t see where I was walking as it was in complete darkness and injured my ankle. It is also unsafe without the lights. Lampposts on Glovers Walk are numbers 13 and 14-44 Kelbrook Close, Leicester, LE4 0US

I have concerns that the butchers at the top of Francis st. are permanently blocking the pavement with 3 commercial bins, a black one with an orange lid, a blue one and a green one with a blue lid.
They are not only blocking the pavement but I suspect have some unpleasant by products from the shop waste - one week there was a pungent black liquid leaking that has permanently stained the tarmac.
I would expect that these 3 commercial bins should be kept on their property and only put out on collection days, but I understand that they have made an enclosure where the bins should be stored and this area is now used for something like smoking meat, even though it is only semi-enclosed.
None of this seems quite acceptable to me, is it?.-Shop, 2 Francis Street, Leicester, LE2 2BD
