This was originally reported at the end of July but nothing has changed. Now even the smallest child at the nearby school would have difficulties with walking along the footpath, let alone an adult. The tree is on the land between the allotments and the fence next to the pavement. I don't know who is responsible for this land. -Fosse Road North, Leicester

Outside the house 18 Judith Drive there is a lot of waste appears to be waste from a refurb on the grass verge. I think from looking at the waste it is from the refurb that took place at number 18.
