There was nothing specific to choose as a category. There is a noise issue coming from 68 Rotherby Avenue that is affecting a number of adjoining houses. I have called Seven Trend, and they have been and had a look, and it's an internal plumbing issue. I have spoken to the tenant that is there, and she has said she has contacted both the council and the landlord. The tenant hasn't replied or had someone come to fix the issue. Since the tenant has complained to the council and contacted the homeowner, it is also affecting a number of properties. Can this be sorted? The Seven Trend person said it's just a tap that needs to be replaced that's broken and causing vibration that is going through a number of walls (basically a plumber needs to be called). There is no way for me to be able to make the homeowner do what he should, but since the council are paying him, and complaints are being made, I hope someone can sort this out. Thanks.-68 Rotherby Avenue, Leicester, UK

In amongst the trees in the corner of the green there is a large amount of abandoned items. It appears to be cushions or the padding from garden furniture This area is a constant problem for this, the children play with the objects and scatter it around the park. The litter pickers and park maintenance never go into this area. -Chiltern Green, Leicester LE2 6JD, UK

Traffic cones being used to reserve public parking spaces I would like to report the ongoing use of traffic cones to reserve multiple on-street parking spaces outside Highfields Street, Leicester. The cones appear to prevent other members of the public from parking in these spaces. The area affected spans approximately four car lengths, and the cones and vehicles appear to be moved around over time to allow family members to park. Parking is limited in the area, and I am concerned that public parking spaces are being treated as privately reserved spaces. I have photographs documenting the situation and would appreciate the council investigating whether the placement of these cones is authorised and whether any action is appropriate. Thank you.-47 Highfield Street, Leicester, UK
