Litter outside Samworth Brothers all the way down to Company Shop, also in the gulley created to collect excess rain water). Drain in the gulley completely blocked with plastic and litter. Litter also on the grass verge all the way down and continues to run down Sunningdale Road. Looks a mess and has been like it for weeks. Can bins not be provided so at least if people put it in a bin it might stay there rather than just throw it out the window or drop it?-Wembley Road, Leicester
